Payment

All orders are to be paid for at the time of ordering, unless agreed otherwise.

We use PayPal as out payment processor, which is fully secure and means that we do not request or hold any financial information about you on this site.

Deliveries

Unless otherwise specified, all our prices include delivery by standard rate UK post to UK mainland destinations only.

If you need a delivery to other countries, please email me with your destination address. Once we agree a delivery cost, I will request payment by PayPal before despatching your order.

Jewellery

Silver and gold plated jewellery may tarnish over time, if this occurs simply polish gently with a soft cloth to restore shine.

In order to keep your jewellery in good condition do not wear it when bathing, and avoid contact with perfumes and deodorants.

Please be aware that many of my designs include natural materials, semi-precious stones etc. and so may vary slightly from the product images.

Custom Designs

If you wish to have a piece of jewellery custom made to your requirements please feel free to email me.

If you like a piece of jewellery that has been sold then I will happily make a similar piece for you. However many of my designs include semi-precious stones and there will be natural differences in the size, shape, and colour of the beads. 

Prices may vary according to the cost of the materials.

Returns & Refunds

I take great care in creating my jewellery, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact me.

Refunds will only be given to items that are damaged at the time you receive them. Please email me with regard to any damaged items within 2 days of receiving your goods.

Damaged goods should be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging.  We recommend you post your items via recorded delivery as we can only issue a refund once we have received the goods. 

Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded.

Privacy

We will only use the information you supply for the purpose of carrying out your order.

We will not email you in future unless given permission to do so by you.

We will not share or sell your information with any third party.
